By downloading or using PlanCast (“the app”), you agree to these Terms.

The service

PlanCast helps you plan events and see the forecast for the day as it approaches. Weather data is provided by Open-Meteo and is shown “as is”. Forecasts are estimates and can change; we do not guarantee their accuracy and are not responsible for decisions made based on them.

PlanCast Pro (one-time purchase)

• PlanCast Pro is a one-time, non-subscription purchase that unlocks Pro features (unlimited plans, custom types, hourly forecast, best-day finder, bad-weather alerts).
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Purchases are handled by Apple. Refunds are subject to Apple’s App Store policies; please contact Apple for refund requests.
• You can restore a previous purchase with Restore Purchases on the paywall.

Acceptable use

Use the app lawfully. Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or misuse the app or the weather services it relies on.

Limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on its forecasts.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
