By downloading or using COSMOS you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the app.

License

COSMOS grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the app or its content.

In-App Purchases

COSMOS offers a one-time "COSMOS Premium" purchase that permanently unlocks additional regions on your device.

• All purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's Terms of Sale.
• The premium unlock is tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on any device using the same Apple ID.
• Prices may change at any time. The launch pricing ($4.99) is promotional and will revert to the regular price ($9.99) at the end of the launch period.
• For refund requests, please contact Apple Support directly, as all billing is managed by Apple.

Content Accuracy

COSMOS strives to provide accurate astronomical and scientific information. However, the content is provided for educational and entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee the completeness or current accuracy of all information, as scientific understanding evolves over time.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the app only for lawful, personal purposes

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted within the app and on this page. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
