Overview

COSMOS ("we", "our", or "the app") is a space exploration app that stores all data locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or share any personal information with third parties.

Data We Store Locally

COSMOS stores the following data on your device using iOS system storage (UserDefaults):

This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us.

In-App Purchases

COSMOS offers a one-time purchase ("COSMOS Premium") processed entirely through Apple's App Store. We do not handle or store any payment information. Apple's privacy policy governs all transaction data. Purchase records are stored locally on your device to restore your unlocked content.

Third-Party Services

COSMOS does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or tracking SDKs. The app does not communicate with any external server.

Children's Privacy

COSMOS is designed for users of all ages, including children. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone. Because no data leaves your device, the app complies with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) and similar regulations.

Data Deletion

You can delete all locally stored data at any time from the Settings screen inside the app ("Reset Progress"). Uninstalling the app from your device will also permanently remove all associated data.

Changes to This Policy

If we update this Privacy Policy, the new version will be available within the app and on this page. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
