All content within Rainbow Piano — including but not limited to music compositions, audio recordings, graphics, animations, and interface design — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Rainbow Piano is designed for children aged 3 and above. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children's use of the App and for all in-app purchase decisions made on their devices.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted at this URL with a revised date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
