NFC Tapby CLK Company

Terms of Use

Last updated: 17 July 2026

These terms govern your use of the NFC Tap app ("the app") published by CLK Company. By downloading or using the app, you agree to them.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use NFC Tap on Apple devices you own or control, in line with the Apple Standard End User License Agreement.

Acceptable use

Subscriptions & purchases

NFC Tap offers an optional Pro upgrade as auto-renewable subscriptions (weekly, monthly, yearly) and a one-time lifetime purchase.

Device compatibility & NFC limits

Important: iPhones can only read 13.56 MHz NFC tags (such as NTAG213/215/216). Apple's hardware cannot read 125 kHz cards or MIFARE Classic tags, and this limitation applies to every iOS app, not just NFC Tap. Some tags may also be read-only or password protected.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that every tag will be readable or writable, or that any feature will be uninterrupted or error-free. You are responsible for the tags you write and lock; some actions, such as locking a tag, are permanent.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CLK Company is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, data loss, or damage to tags or devices arising from use of the app.

Intellectual property

NFC Tap, its name, logo, and design are the property of CLK Company. All rights reserved.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above will reflect changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
