NFC Tap is built to respect your privacy. We do not run our own servers, we do not have user accounts, and we do not collect or sell your personal data. This policy explains exactly what the app does with information.
In short: Everything you create in NFC Tap stays on your device. We have no analytics, no tracking, and no ad networks. We never see your tags, notes, or PINs.
None on our side. NFC Tap does not send your personal data to us or to any third-party analytics or advertising service. There is no sign-up and no account.
NFC Tap works offline for its core features. Two optional features make network requests:
Subscriptions and the lifetime unlock are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment details. Apple's handling of that data is covered by the Apple Privacy Policy.
NFC Tap requests access to NFC to read and write tags, only while you are actively scanning. It does not access your contacts, photos, or location in the background.
NFC Tap is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.
You can clear your history and saved profiles anytime in the app under Settings. Deleting the app removes all locally stored data from your device.
If we update this policy, we will revise the date above. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
