Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of the Marklab iOS application, published by CLK Company. By downloading or using the app you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the app.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Marklab on Apple devices that you own or control, in line with the App Store Terms of Service. You may not resell the app, rent it out, or attempt to extract its source code.

3. Your content and your responsibility

Marklab is a tool. You keep full ownership of the photos, PDFs and videos you process with it, and we never receive copies of them.

You are responsible for having the right to use and modify the files you open in the app, and for how you use the results. Do not use Marklab to infringe anyone's copyright, trademark or privacy rights, or to break the law of the country you are in.

4. Marklab Pro

Marklab is free to download and includes photo watermarking and the Hidden Data tool. Marklab Pro unlocks batch watermarking, PDF and video watermarking, and saved presets. It is offered in two forms:

• Lifetime. A one-time purchase. It does not renew and is not billed again.
• Yearly. An auto-renewing subscription billed once a year.

Prices shown in the app are the ones set for your App Store region and may differ between countries.

5. Billing, renewal and cancellation

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. A yearly subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before that period ends.

You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in the App Store settings of your Apple Account. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription on its own.

6. Refunds

All purchases go through Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple under their policies rather than by us. Requests can be made through reportaproblem.apple.com. If something in the app is not working as described, write to us first at tech@clk.company and we will try to fix it.

7. Availability and changes

We may update Marklab to add, change or remove features, to keep it working with new iOS versions, or to fix problems. We may also change what is included in Marklab Pro for future purchases, but a Lifetime purchase already made keeps access to the features it unlocked.

8. No warranty

Marklab is provided "as is". We do not promise that it will be free of errors or that every file will process exactly as you expect. Keep your originals: always work on copies of files that matter to you, and check the result before deleting anything.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, CLK Company is not liable for lost data, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your country.

10. Apple

Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide support for Marklab. The standard Apple licensed application end user licence agreement also applies, and is available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

11. Changes to these terms

Updated terms will be published on this page with a new date at the top. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
