SpoolCalc collects no personal data. There is no account, no analytics and no server. Everything you enter stays on your device.
Nothing. SpoolCalc does not collect, transmit or store any personal information. We do not use analytics, advertising networks, crash reporting services or tracking of any kind.
We do not know who you are, we do not know that you installed the app, and we have no way to identify you.
The app saves your preferences locally so it opens the way you left it. This includes your unit system, fraction rounding, default weld root gap, theme, selected pipe size, and whether Pro is unlocked.
The measurements you type are not saved anywhere. They exist only while the app is open.
All of this lives in the app's own storage on your iPhone. It never leaves the device, we cannot see it, and it is removed when you delete the app.
SpoolCalc Pro is a one-time purchase handled entirely by Apple. When you buy or restore it, your device talks to the App Store, not to us. We never see your name, your Apple Account, your payment details or your purchase history. All we receive is anonymous, aggregated sales reporting from Apple.
Apple's handling of that transaction is covered by Apple's Privacy Policy.
SpoolCalc works fully offline. The only time it reaches the network is when the App Store purchase sheet is shown or when you tap Restore Purchase, and even then the connection is between your device and Apple.
SpoolCalc is a tool for trade work and is not directed at children. Since we collect no data at all, we collect no data from children either.
If this policy ever changes, the new version will be posted on this page with an updated date. If a future version of the app ever collects anything, we will say so here plainly and in the app before it happens.
