Fix It ("the app", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data the app handles and how.
Fix It uses Apple Intelligence, which runs entirely on your device. The descriptions, photos, and fault codes you enter for AI analysis are processed locally on your iPhone and are not sent to our servers.
Your problem history, diagnoses, and favorites are stored only on your device. We do not have access to them. You can delete them at any time from within the app.
If you use the "Find Nearby Mechanics" feature, the app requests your location to search for repair shops near you using Apple Maps. Your location is used only for that search and is not stored or shared by us.
The app accesses your camera and photo library only when you choose to scan a fault code or attach a photo. These images stay on your device.
If offered, purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment details. Apple's privacy policy governs payment data.
If you set a reminder, a local notification is scheduled on your device. No reminder data leaves your phone.
Fix It is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.
