Balloon Party does not require an account and does not ask players for their name, email address, precise location, photos, contacts, or microphone data.
CLK Company ("we," "us," or "our") respects the privacy of Balloon Party players. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Balloon Party mobile application (the "App").
1. Information the App Handles
The App does not include account registration or directly collect personal information from players. The following game information may be stored locally on the device:
- High scores and game progress;
- Sound and haptic preferences;
- Game mode preferences; and
- Purchase entitlement status used to enable Pro features.
This local information is used only to provide App functionality.
2. Advertising
The free version of Balloon Party uses Google AdMob to display interstitial and rewarded advertisements. Ad requests are configured for child-directed treatment, users under the age of consent, non-personalized advertising, and a maximum G content rating.

3. In-App Purchases
Balloon Party offers an optional, one-time Pro purchase that removes advertising and provides an in-game bonus. Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive or store payment card details. The applicable store may provide purchase status and transaction information needed to unlock or restore the purchase.
4. Children's Privacy
Balloon Party is family-friendly and may be used by children. The App does not knowingly ask children to submit personal information. Advertising requests use child-directed and under-age-of-consent protections. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us outside the App, please contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
5. Third-Party Services
The App relies on the following providers:
- Google AdMob for advertising;
- Apple App Store for iOS distribution and purchases; and
- Google Play for Android distribution and purchases.

CLK Company does not sell players' personal information. Information may be processed by the service providers listed above only as needed for advertising, purchases, security, fraud prevention, and App distribution.

Locally stored game data remains on the device until the App's data is cleared or the App is deleted. Purchase records are retained by Apple or Google under their policies and legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
