AGREEMENT

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ElectroCalc ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

You may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Sell, resell, or sublicense the App

Pro Upgrade / In-App Purchase

ElectroCalc offers a one-time "Pro" in-app purchase that unlocks additional features including access to all 85+ calculators, full circuit simulator canvas, unlimited saved circuits, and PDF export.

The Pro upgrade is a one-time, non-recurring purchase — there is no subscription.
Once purchased, the Pro features are yours permanently.
The purchase is tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on any device signed in with the same Apple ID via the "Restore Purchase" button.
All payments are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple in accordance with their refund policy.

Accuracy of Calculations

ElectroCalc is intended as a reference and educational tool. While we strive for accuracy, all calculation results should be verified independently before use in any real-world electrical or engineering application.

We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from reliance on the App's calculation results.

Intellectual Property

All content within the App, including but not limited to designs, graphics, code, and text, is the exclusive property of ElectroCalc and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ElectroCalc and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of — or inability to use — the App.

Changes to the App or Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App or these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
