By downloading or using Beat Studio (“the app”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment, subject to these terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded it from.
The app offers an optional one-time “Pro” upgrade that unlocks additional sound kits and removes usage limits. Purchases are final and handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Refunds are subject to the respective store’s policies; we cannot issue refunds directly.
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, resell, or otherwise misuse the app or its bundled content except as permitted by law.
Beats you create with the app belong to you. They are stored locally on your device; we have no access to them and take no responsibility for their loss (for example, if you delete the app).
The acoustic samples bundled with the app are used under a public-domain (CC0) license. Other sounds are created by us. You may use beats you make for your own creative projects.
The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
